G is for Green

A very green frog in  'The Princess and the Frog'. In the Grimm story she throws him against a wall rather than kiss him but the spell is still broken.

 Noggin and the Ice Dragon from the Sagas of Noggin the Nog series created by Oliver Postgate and Peter Fermin.  Our friendly green dragon is called <drum roll> Groliffe.

This last one has me wanting to read more about "Noggin the Nod". Not sure I'd want a green frog on my table while eating!, But the cricket on the gorse is my favourite.
